Pacific Flow Technology specialises in the design, development, manufacture and pressure testing of rubber hoses for any industry type. On-site hose auditing services can also be provided.
With over 100 years combined experience in hose building, we provide our customers with the confidence and knowledge that our hoses will perform to their needs with the quality expected at a competitve price.
Pacific Flow Technology is a major manufacturer of long length heavy duty, rubber water dust suppression hose, commonly called ‘stacker’ hose in the Australian coal and iron ore industries. With spliced one piece lengths able to be supplied 700m and longer on steel reels with all necessary fittings, Pacific Flow Technology is the company to discuss your dust suppression hose requirements.
As well as being a manufacturer, we also import and distribute an extensive range of quality general industrial rubber hoses and complementary fittings.
Our current speciality hose capacity allows Pacific Flow Technology to manufacture hose nominal bore sizes from 12mm to 712mm in lengths up to 10m.
Many end configurations can be built into the hose during manufacture such as beaded (swivel or loose flange), fixed flanges, expanded couplings (fully rubber lined steel tails), BSPT or NPT nipples, Victaulic shouldered couplings, cuffed ends and plain ends to suit specific externally clamped fittings like muff couplings.
This variety of end styles ensures we can supply any customer need.
Pacific Flow Technology supplies many different rubber compounds with our hoses to suit applications for abraision, water, acid and chemical, petrol and oil, etc.
Our special natural rubber (NR) compounds, for instance, have been developed over many years in the tough Australian mining industry and are used for high abrasion resistance in slurry, dredging and high pressure tailing line applications.
